Suicide prevention Campaign by CVV

I have seen an interesting picture while browsing.
HERE IT IS for you
It is actually a poster designed by CVV , an organization for prevention of suicide.
Suicide is the worst thing on the world. Ending one's own life for fear of anything.
The poster is with an attractive tag line "help yourself"

Interesting enough is the fact that

1) a campaign called "Stop Suicide" has been launched in Switzerland and
2) a street marketing campaign in Brazil launched by CVV

Its really great to have such organizations functioning in various countries to help those people who are depressed enough to end their life

By the way, how many of you know that South India is called World's suicide capital

Check out these shocking statistics which fetched this title for South India.
====================================================================
  • In 2002, there were 10,982 suicides in Tamil Nadu, 11,300 in Kerala, 10,934 in Karnataka, and 9,433 in Andhra Pradesh.
  • In 2003, the largest number of farmers -- around 175 -- committed suicide in Andhra Pradesh.
  • Kerala, the country's first fully literate state, has the highest number of suicides. Some 32 people commit suicide in Kerala every day.
====================================================================
How good it would be to have one such organization in India too??
